Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Spina Bifida Association of Arizona(SBAAZ) from all costs, expense, and liability arising out of my or my child’s participation in this event to benefit SBAAZ. All claims for damage or loss to participants or their child’s person or property which may be caused by an act, or failure to act, by SBAAZ, its officers, agents or employers arising directly or indirectly from my or my child’s participation in this event are hereby waived. Unless otherwise noted, participants grant full permission for SBAAZ to use photos, videos, film or any other record of this event in which they may appear for legitimate purpose. Participants under 18 must have this waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
